Short Take: Nimble Technology staked $16 million

Nimble Technology, an extensible markup language developer, has received a $16 million investment. The company plans to use the funding to bring to market its "enterprise-class suite of data integration and data access products" that target business-to-business and wireless data industries, among others. NeoCarta Ventures, Arch Venture Partners and Madrona Venture Group participated in today's investment, a second round for Nimble.
