NetObjects, a Web development tool provider, today filed with regulators to go public. The company, based on its registration calculation fee, hopes to raise $70 million. NetObjects generated $5.6 million in revenues during the December quarter, up from $2.3 million a year ago. And its operating loss shrunk to $4.1 million, compared with a loss of $5.9 million the year before.
