Short Take: Net merchants organize

Online discussions have begun on forming a trade group to lobby for the interests of Internet merchants. Adam Boettiger said discussions about an Internet Merchants Association are open to anyone doing business on the Net on his free I-Advertising discussion digest. Internet Mall has offered to host the organization's site on its server for free, and a law firm has agreed to draft a charter and represent the group on a pro-bono basis.
