Motorola's information systems group has introduced the 33.6-kbps 3460 Fast'R modem bundled with Windows tools for configuring, testing, and checking the status of dozens of modems in minutes. The $595 modem is aimed at network managers with remote LAN access, SNA, lease-line or dial-up analog networks.
