Microsoft is releasing the latest version of Picture It, which combines photo-editing technology with home publishing software. Picture It Publishing Platinum 2001 includes a new feature that makes it easier to customize clip art, add and edit photos, and create and post projects on the Web. The software sells for $54.95.
