Micro Warehouse, a direct marketer of PCs, software, and networking products, announced the acquisition of software reseller Online Interactive for $14.5 million in cash plus other considerations. Online Interactive retails business, entertainment, and educational software under the brand name atOnce Software on software retail sites on the Web, as well as on America Online and the Microsoft Network.
