Short Take: Keane inks deal with food giant

IT consulting firm Keane has signed a five-year, multimillion dollar applications outsourcing contract with Minneapolis-based food distributor and retailer Supervalu. Under the contract, Keane will build, revamp, and support applications for Supervalu. Keane's Minneapolis branch office team will manage the project. Supervalu is the nation's largest food distributor to supermarkets and the 11th largest food retailer in the country.
