Intel has reduced its stake in CNET: The Computer Network to 4.1 percent, based on 15.4 million shares outstanding, according to filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission. Intel sold 162,500 shares between July 8 and July 10 for an average of $54.90 a share. Last year, Intel held a 5.9 percent stake in the company, based on 13.3 million shares outstanding.
