InFocus introduced a device for what the
company said is the first portable digital projector that weighs under five
pounds. The projector, only 2.5 inches thick, was designed to fit into a
briefcase for sales professionals and other customers who need to do
presentations. The LP330, which displays information in XGA resolution,
will be available in July 1999 and has a suggested U.S. list price of
$6,999.
