Short Take: ImageK appoints board chairman
Digital imaging technology maker Irvine Sensors announced that a former chairman of National Semiconductor has agreed to serve as chairman of the board of ImageK, a subsidiary of Irvine Sensors, also a digital imaging company. Peter Sprague, who had a three-decade tenure as chairman of National Semiconductor, will effective immediately assist in the formation of ImageK's initial management team and its financing.
