Short Take: IFusion files Chapter 11

IFusion Com has filed for reorganization under Chapter 11 bankruptcy laws. IFusion is the developer of the Arrive Networks "push" service, now in beta testing. The privately held company fired its approximately 140 employees; about 10 new employees will be hired in April to take charge of the reorganization. The company had been planning a public launch of its network for early May.
