Leppo, who operated as Tech-Way Computers in Randolph, allegedly purchased generic computer memory, then labeled and packaged that memory using IBM trademarks and part numbers, earning over $2,000,000 in sales. Leppo and Cooney allegedly established L.C. Computer & More to traffic in the counterfeit products.
