A survey of 1,255 online investors by Forrester Research gave Fidelity the highest overall rating, followed by Datek in second place and Suretrade in third. Suretrade was ranked No. 1 on price. The investors graded their brokerages on advice, site design, transaction fees, information provided, site performance, and transaction confidence. The survey included customers from just eight brokerages, although more than 50 are operating online.
