Short Take: Fore gets class action

A class-action complaint has been filed against in the Western District of Pennsylvania District Court--the second such suit the company has seen this year. The complaint charges Fore and certain company officers and directors with artificially inflating Fore's stock price and profiting from the sale of hundreds of thousands of shares.
