Internet start-up FacilityPro.com has appointed former Oracle executive Peter Dunning as the company's chief executive officer. Prior to his position at Oracle, where he was senior vice president for worldwide applications, Dunning was an executive vice president at SAP America in charge of SAP's global accounts division. During his seven-year tenure there, he was responsible for growing SAP America from a $70 million division to a $1 billion subsidiary.
