Internet hosting company Exodus has named Beverly Brown as its executive vice president and chief marketing officer. In the newly created position, Brown will be responsible for the company's marketing, business development, and strategic planning efforts, the company said. Brown spent nearly 24 years with IBM in a variety of management positions in the areas of marketing, business development, and sales. Prior to Exodus, Brown was CEO of DataMan Software, a management software consulting business.
