Short Take: EDS joins Cisco services program

Computer services firm has joined the Cisco Resource Network Program, a program designed to provide mid-sized businesses with Internet services and products that help them compete with large companies in the e-business space. EDS and computer networker Cisco said they plan to offer the new EDS KeySource enterprise resource planning application hosting service together with Cisco's network resources and Internet expertise to offer midsized companies fully operational SAP R/3 infrastructure and support services in this market.
