DataChannel is shipping version 3.0 of its RIO software with a "Save to the Web" feature that lets authorized users publish to a corporate intranet site without a Webmaster. The XML-enabled publishing software supports Lotus Notes and Microsoft Active Server Pages. Java-based RIO 3.0 is available through direct sales and OEMs for $9,500 for Windows NT and $14,500 for Unix for a 100-user license.
