Short Take: Cylink completes wireless unit sale

Network security firm has completed the $60.5 million sale of its wireless division to P-Com, which manufactures and markets wireless telecommunications worldwide. Cylink, which makes encryption-based software and hardware, said it will focus solely on the security market and may use proceeds from the sale for acquisitions.
