Net computer retailer Cyberian Outpost announced it has become a featured Network Tenant on both the Excite and WebCrawler Shopping channels and is now a member of Excite's Certified Merchant program. Certified Merchants are recognized by Excite for having high standards of customer service, reliability, and security.
