Short Take: Convergys nabs AirTouch deal
Convergys, which provides billing and customer management services, scored a multiyear agreement with wireless communications giant AirTouch Cellular. Under the deal, Cincinnati-based Convergys said it will provide AirTouch with its Precedent 2000, a client/server billing service that will give AirTouch customers a real-time billing system. Financial terms were not disclosed.
