Former Digital Equipment and IBM executive joins CompuServe's board of directors. Edward E. Lucente is currently serving as president and CEO of Liant Software on an interim basis, where he is also a member of the board of directors. Lucente served as vice president of worldwide sales and marketing at Digital, and spent 30 years at IBM where he held several senior executive positions.
