Short Take: Centennial hit by another suit

Centennial Technologies has been hit with another class-action lawsuit, this one filed in U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York. The suit, filed on behalf of Eastern District residents who bought Centennial stock on February 25, 1997, charges Centennial, the consulting firm Jay Alexander & Associates, and Centennial's interim CEO Lawrence Ramaekers with misrepresention and/or omission of material information regarding Centennial's sales record and financial health.
