Computer Associates International, a software and services company, and Fudan Grand Horizon InformationTechnology, a focusing on the development of Internet-related services and applications, announced plans to form "Guanghua-CA," a company designed to serve China's growing software market. Guanghua-CA will be an application service provider (ASP) and will manage and host localized applications to small and mid-sized companies. Guanghua-CA is the fourth joint venture CA has initiated in China.
