Online textbook seller Bigwords.com announced today that it has secured $30 million in third-round venture funding. Attractor Investor Management led the funding round, joined by Media Technology Ventures, St. Paul Venture Capital and Trans Cosmos USA. Previous investors 21st Century Internet Partners and Geocapital Partners also contributed in the round. The San Francisco-based company plans to use the venture money to move beyond textbooks into selling music and other products targeted at its 18-year-old to 24-year-old audience.
