Short Take: Bellcore releases white pages publishing system

Bellcore introduced its publishing system for white pages directories. The Advanced Listing Products and Services System (ALPSS), designed for telcos and other directory publishers, can be used for both Internet-based and paper directories. The product's first customer is Southwestern Bell Telephone.
