Internet professional services firm Agency.com announced today that Michael Maines, a former director of creative development at The Walt Disney Company, has joined Agency.com as executive vice president of creative services, North America. The company also announced today the appointment of Kyle Shannon, the company's co-founder, as chief people officer and head of the newly created People Organization. The new organization will focus on recruiting and retaining employees. Founded in January 1995, Agency.com provides an integrated set of strategy, creative and technology services that help take clients from concept to launch of their Internet businesses.
