Agency.com, a New York-based online marketing firm, said today it has acquired San Francisco-based Ketchum Public Relations. Under the deal, Agency.com, which has developed Web sites for companies such as Pacific Bell, Netscape Communications, and Bank of America, will extend its presence in Silicon Valley. The company also has offices in New York, Dallas, and London.
