Adobe Systems president Chuck Geschke is resigning from the company he co-founded 18 years ago. Geschke, who will remain as co-chairman of Adobe, announced four months ago that he would step down as president at the end of March. John Warnock, Adobe's co-chairman and chief executive, will assume Geschke's duties as president, a company representative said.
