Short: H&R Block names president CEO

H&R Block has named Frank Salizzoni its president and CEO. He has been interim president and CEO since June 19. H&R Block's subsidiary, CompuServe, has named Salizzoni chairman of the board. He replaces Henry Frigon, who served in the chairman's position on an interim basis.
