Short: Creative to sell interest in Oddworld

Creative Programming and Technology Ventures announced that it will sell its entire interest in its California-based subsidiary, Off World Entertainment, for $6.8 million to GT Interactive Software. GT publishes interactive entertainment and markets software for computers and gaming systems.
