Short: Corel hosts previews of Java applications

On October 16, will post to its Web site preview versions of five applications written completely in Java: the WordPerfect word processor, spreadsheet, personal information manager, a charting application, and a presentation graphics package, according to a Corel spokeswoman. The applications are designed to provide only basic features.
