Short: Austin-Hayne appoints President, CEO

Austin-Hayne, a human resources intranet software company, appointed Dennis Andrews as president and CEO, replacing the founder of the company, David Whitney. Andrews was formerly president of Xerox's Xsoft division. Whitney will remain chairman of the board and focus on product development as vice president of research and development.
