Short: AdOne gets venture capital

AdOne Classified Network, a marketplace for newspaper classified advertising on the Web, announced it received a $2 million equity investment from Lawrence, Smith & Horey, a New York City-based venture capital investment firm. AdOne will use the capital to expand its operations, marketing efforts, and staff.
