SecureLogix closes $10.4 million round
SecureLogix said Monday that it closed a $10.4 million second round of funding with participation from Operational Technologies and security software company Symantec. The round consists of a $6.3 million convertible debt offering led by First Capital Group, which was closed between June 2001 and October 2001, and a $4.1 million new investment as of January. Both Symantec and Operational Technologies will get a seat on the San Antonio, Texas-based company's board of directors. SecureLogix makes hardware and software that helps companies manage the security of their voice, video and data telecom networks.
