Quote of the day: Vista delay good for customer service

Although analysts are warning that the delayed launch of Windows Vista until after the holiday season will hurt computer retailers, some stores, like Best Buy, say the delay is good news from a customer service standpoint, according to Reuters.

"We want to make sure we can explain (the Vista upgrade) to the customer correctly," said Best Buy's Lisa Hawks. "We'll be able to do a better job in January, when our salespeople will have more time to spend with the customer and walk them through."
