Describing parts of Harrison County, Miss., which includes cities hit hard by Hurricane Katrina's Gulf Coast rampage, Gov. Haley Barbour said, "It looks like Hiroshima," according to a Bloomberg news report.

As much as 80 percent of New Orleans is underwater, and as many as 100 people have died in what is expected to be the costliest natural disaster in U.S. history, the story said.
