Now, Michelle Blu of American Inventor Spot informs us that an ingenious furniture maker has created an easy chair that "converts easily into a countertop with two electric burners." (Please, no jokes about being in the hot seat, etc.)

We're all in favor of , especially in this time of skyrocketing real estate prices. But there is a limit: We worry, for example, that someone will try to invent a piece of combo furniture that involves plumbing.
