LGS Group seeks Toronto listing

LGS Group is seeking a listing of its class A shares on the Toronto Stock Exchange and has filed an application for that purpose. LGS Group's class A shares are already listed on the Montreal Stock Exchange and on the Nasdaq national market. LGS is one of Canada's largest information technology consulting firms specializing in management and systems integration.
