Keynote snaps up Steamcheck

Internet performance measurement service Keynote Systems announced Tuesday that it acquired Toronto-based Streamcheck, a company that measures streaming-media performance.

Streamcheck's service will be incorporated into Keynote's core measurement services and relaunched later in 2003 as Streaming Perspective 3.0, according to Keynote. The infrastructure of the two companies also will be integrated. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
