IBM stock dropped 11-3/4 to 156-1-4 in morning trading causing the Dow Industrials to weaken in early trading, as investors shied away of an anticipated IBM sell-off which would pound the blue chip index. IBM yesterday reported earnings which topped the consensus estimate but disappointed many analysts. The Dow is currently at 6838, down 47.72 from yesterday's close.
