H5 Technologies takes in $6.5 million

H5 Technologies announced Tuesday it raised a $6.5 million second round of funding, led by Draper Fisher Jurvetson. The San Francisco-based company has raised a total of $19 million to date. H5 Technologies develops software applications to automate the indexing of text-based information. The software automatically surveys content and pulls it together into a unified format, regardless of where the information is located.
