CSC wins State Department IT contract

Computer Sciences has been awarded a contract to provide the State Department with information technology and professional services. The contract is worth up to $160 million. CSC will provide computer and telecommunications services to support organizations, bureaus and U.S. embassies in more than 280 locations. The contract is part of a State Department effort to improve its IT functions that support foreign policy activities in more than 150 countries.
