Class-action suit targets Intel

San Francisco law firm Milberg Weiss has filed a class-action suit against Intel in the United States District Court for the Northern District of California on behalf of stockholders that traded securities between July 19, 2000, and Sept. 29, 2000. The suit claims the company made false statements about business conditions and future products, including the canceled Timna processor.
