Celltick Technologies said Wednesday it has raised a $10 million second round of funding, led by Jerusalem Venture Partners and Elwin Capital Partners.
Elwin will receive a board seat as part of its investment. Herzlia, Israel-based Celltick markets its software to mobile device operators, allowing them to offer their customers content and services that can be accessed with two clicks of the mouse. The company has raised a total of $13.5 million.
