It came as a pleasant surprise to hear that Google bought Motorola’s Mobility company AND their slew of patents. Looks like Google isn’t being so “”cricket cricket cricket”" about all this patent lawsuit bull-hawkey. Plus this acquisition should give Google another platform in addition to the Nexus line for flagship Vanilla phones. … Well one can hope anyway.

No seriously, this will be a blessing for Moto phones if Google’s acquisition means no Moto-blur or at least a much more useful (and compatible) version.

Oh yeah, the patent thing is great, too. This might be a stupid question, but if Google acquires some key patents, can they transfer those privileges to HTC manufactured phones? For example, could they just implement them in the basic OS of Android and say HTC isn't adding infringing features. I don't know if this would help Samsung with their Apple look alikes…(Why can't they just make something different!?)

I like the idea of ultrabooks because...I like a damn keyboard!

A real one that I don't have to struggle to freaking tap out every letter, struggling. Do you know how fast I type? 65wpm! Going to the touch screen after that is Painful!

So when I envision my tech of the future, I want a mashup of tablet and laptop, with touch screen for application control and interaction, but with an attached keyboard.

History of Burrito

Cuisine preceding the development of the modern taco, burrito, and enchilada was created by the Pre-Columbian Mesoamerican Aztec peoples of Mexico, who used tortillas to wrap foods, with fillings of chile sauce, tomatoes, mushrooms, squash, and avocados. Spanish missionaries like Bernardino de Sahagún wrote about Aztec cuisine, describing the variety of tortillas and their preparation, noting that the Aztecs not only used corn in their tortillas, but also squash and amaranth, and that some varieties used turkey, eggs, or honey as a flavoring.

The word “”burrito”", “”little donkey”" in Spanish, appears in the 1895 Diccionario de Mexicanismos, where it is identified as a regional term from Guanajuato and defined as “”Tortilla arrollada, con carne u otra cosa dentro, que en Yucatán llaman coçito,y en Cuernavaca y en Mexico, taco”" (A rolled tortilla with meat or other ingredients inside, called ‘coçito’ in Yucatan and ‘taco’ in the city of Cuernavaca and in Mexico CIty)
