Buzz Out Loud 1472: The Internet and the end of snow days (Podcast)
On today's show, Eric Schmidt appears to spout off wildly about fighting anti-piracy laws to the death, but frankly, we kind of agree. Also, LinkedIn's IPO goes bonkers, Apple is close to signing all the necessary music labels to its hoped-for Amazon and Google killer, Kindle e-books outsell all print books on Amazon, and it turns out that Apple love really is a religion. So much so that its devotees literally refuse to believe there could be malware on their Macs. Guys, it's happening. Believe. --Molly

EMAILS
Hi,
In reference to the call about avoiding addicting games, I also avoid MMOs at all costs. I love to game and I know if I started a MMO my children would starve.

PS I don’t believe Molly should be given a hard time about the Survivor spoiler. She mentioned it 12 hours after the fact. If people don’t want spoilers don’t go online, read a newspaper and at all costs avoid the water cooler at the office!!

Hey BOL,
I live in Tokyo, and No, its not a golden turd… its a golden cloud, or beer foam on top of the Asahi beer hall, which is supposed to look like a glass of stout.
Check out the Wiki.

But yeah, they do have charms to hang off your cell phone that is a golden poop.
