Brix Networks, which sells products to verify the performance of an Internet service, received a $22 million third round of funding. The Chelmsford, Mass.-based company has raised a total of $47 million, and its latest investors include Fidelity Ventures, Partech International, and Star Ventures. Previous investors that participated in the third round include Charles River Ventures and ComVentures.
