B2BWorks announced Monday that it has raised $3.25 million in a third round of funding comprised of contributions from previous investors Convergence Parters and IDG Ventures. The Chicago-based company will use the funding for existing operations and to develop new service offerings and products. The recent round brings B2Bworks' total financing to about $20 million. The company raised $2.3 million in the first round in 1999 and $14.5 million in the second round in 2000.
