In a move to capture some of the spirit of the Linux programming philosophy, the computer maker announced the release of its Mac OS X Server. Meanwhile, Linux users still struggle in the mainstream. Just last week, users missed out on an early Internet release of the new Star Wars trailer, lacking a viewing platform.
